A monthly submission is when one of your end-users has filled out and submitted a SignupNotes survey. Each time a survey is completed and sent, it counts as one submission.
Can I upgrade from the Free plan to the Growth or Lifetime plan?
Yes, you can upgrade from the Free plan to either the Growth or Lifetime plan at any time. Simply choose the plan that best fits your needs and follow the upgrade instructions.
What is included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes everything you need to create and manage your first onboarding survey. You get 1 form, unlimited questions, 100 monthly submissions, customizable templates, real-time notifications, integrations, contact enrichment, and more.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?

Can I be notified when a form is submitted?
